Fliki turns text into narrated videos. You paste a script, a blog post, a slide deck or a one-line idea, and it builds a video with AI voiceover, visuals, music and subtitles. It started as a combined text-to-speech and text-to-video tool. In 2026 it also offers AI avatars, a "digital twin" of yourself, voice cloning, dubbing and generative video clips.

This review is based on Fliki's official website, pricing page and FAQ, checked on 20 October 2026. We haven't produced videos with Fliki for this review, so there are no invented quality scores. Where Fliki quotes its own numbers, we say so.

What is Fliki?

Fliki is a web-based AI video and voice platform for creators, marketers, educators and teams. It says it has 14M+ users and is trusted by 50,000+ companies. These are its own figures. It's fully browser-based, so there's nothing to install.

The core idea is simple: start from text, not footage. That makes it a natural fit for bloggers and marketers who already have written content and want video versions for YouTube, TikTok, Reels or training.

Key features

According to Fliki's official feature pages:

  • Text to video: paste a script, blog post or prompt, and Fliki writes the script, picks visuals and adds AI voiceover, music and subtitles.
  • Blog to video: paste a blog URL and get a narrated video with matching visuals and subtitles in 80+ languages.
  • PPT to video: convert slides into narrated scenes, which is useful for training and courses.
  • AI voices: Fliki advertises 2,000+ voices across 80+ languages and 100+ dialects. Its FAQ separately mentions 1,300+ ultra-realistic voices, and the plans list different counts per tier.
  • Voice cloning: clone your voice from a short sample and use it across videos.
  • AI avatars and digital twin: talking-head videos with stock avatars, or a digital twin of yourself recorded once.
  • AI video clips and images: generative clips (Premium) and AI images and thumbnails on every plan.
  • Translate and dub: localize subtitles, script and voiceover into 80+ languages.
  • Editing helpers: screen recording with auto-zoom, auto-trimming of silences and filler words, a video clipper for shorts, animated subtitles and resizing that follows the speaker.
  • Faceless short-form content: templates for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts, with one-click publishing to those platforms.

Pricing (as of October 2026)

Price: from our location Fliki showed Standard at €24 and Premium at €75 per user per month on monthly billing. Fliki's own affiliate page lists Standard at $252 per year. The FAQ says prices are listed in USD, so check the pricing page for the price in your region. Enterprise is custom, with invoiced billing, bulk credits and personalised avatars.

How credits work: credits are deducted based on the length of audio generated and video exported. If you edit the text or change the voice or pauses, Fliki regenerates the audio and charges credits again. Fliki estimates that Standard's 180 credits cover roughly 60–90 minutes of finished video, depending on how often you edit.

A note on limits: Fliki's FAQ and plan cards don't fully agree. The FAQ mentions 5 free minutes a month and a 30-minute maximum on Premium, while the plan cards say 3 credits and 40 minutes. Check the current plan card before you choose.

Which plan makes sense?

  • Free is for testing the workflow. With 720p exports and a watermark, it isn't meant for publishing.
  • Standard is the plan for most bloggers and solo creators: 1080p, no watermark, voice cloning, commercial rights and videos up to 15 minutes.
  • Premium makes sense if you need generative AI clips, the full avatar library, longer videos, brand kits or API access.

Who Fliki is for

A good fit if you:

  • Already write blog posts, scripts or slides and want video versions without filming.
  • Make faceless videos for YouTube, TikTok or Reels.
  • Need voiceovers or dubbing in many languages.
  • Produce training or explainer videos from decks.

Probably not the right fit if you:

  • Mainly edit your own camera footage in a timeline. A video editor with generative tools, such as InVideo, is closer to that. See our Fliki vs InVideo comparison.
  • Need enterprise avatar training videos with LMS exports. Synthesia focuses on that, as covered in our best AI video tools guide.
  • Only need a voice track. A dedicated voice tool may be enough.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Turns blogs, scripts and slides into narrated videos.
  • Large voice library across 80+ languages.
  • Voice cloning and commercial rights from Standard.
  • Free plan without a credit card.
  • Yearly billing 25% off.

Cons

  • Re-editing the script uses credits again.
  • The free plan is 720p with a watermark.
  • Generative clips and the full avatar library need Premium.
  • The FAQ and plan cards differ on some limits.

Alternatives to consider

  • Synthesia: avatar-led business and training videos.
  • HeyGen: avatar videos and translation for creators and marketers.
  • InVideo: a timeline editor combined with generative models.
  • ElevenLabs: voiceovers, cloning and dubbing.

All five are compared in our best AI video tools guide.

Our verdict (researched, not yet hands-on)

Fliki is one of the most direct routes from written content to video. If your starting point is a blog post, a script or a deck, its workflow is built around exactly that, with voices, subtitles and stock media handled for you. The main thing to plan for is credits, because every edit regenerates audio. Start on the free plan to see how many credits a typical video of yours uses, then pick Standard or Premium.
